Please note that payment is expected at the time of each session, unless we have agreed otherwise or your insurance coverage requires a different arrangement. Payment schedules for other professional services will be agreed upon when they are requested.

Currently, Dr. Krempa is a preferred provider for BCBS of Alabama. Dr. Litten is a preferred provider for Cigna and BCBS. For all other commercial insurance plans, please contact your provider directly to determine your benefits.

Copayments are required at the time of service.
